Regulations

Nispo 2, 3 and 4 apartments are rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday, and Nispo 1 from Sunday to Sunday. Check-in from 16:00 to 20:00, check-out by 09:00.

• Access to the property is restricted to tenants indicated at the time of booking. Animals are not allowed. Vehicles must proceed at a walking pace and the gate must be closed at all times. It is requested to limit noise to respect other guests.
• Dispose of waste daily in the designated pits. Do not flush unsuitable materials (only toilet paper) down the toilet to avoid damage to the sewer.
• Barbecue is allowed with charcoal on non-windy days; extinguish and clean coals after use.
• Blankets and mattress covers are for indoor use only and not for beach or garden.
• Outdoor equipment (chairs, tables, deck chairs) are reserved for lodging. It is forbidden to play ball, wash vehicles and make excessive noise.
• Turn off lights and air conditioners when you are not at home.
• Damage or breakage should be reported and, if crockery is lost, replaced with similar items.
• Final cleaning fees do not exempt summary cleaning (washing dishes, sweeping, unmade beds, disposal of garbage).

Leave the regulations in the apartment at the end of your stay.
